This Website is owned by the Government of His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and is operated by Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam ("AMBD").

7.     Conduct of use

AMBD does not guarantee that this Website will be secure or free from bugs, viruses or any other harmful elements. The Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam logo, or the name of Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam, including any abbreviation of its name, is protected by the name, symbol, design or representation of the Authority (AMBD Order, 2010). Therefore, AMBD, this Website and the AMBD logo, cannot be used by any person without the prior written permission from AMBD. All other trademarks appearing on this Website are the property of their respective owners.

AMBD reserves the right to update or modify this Website from time to time and at any time. AMBD further reserves all rights to deny or restrict access to this Website to any particular person, or to block access from a particular internet address to this Website, at any time, without ascribing any reasons whatsoever.
