Forwarded Texts Regarding Alleged Counterfeited BND100 Denominated Polymer Currency

FORWARDED TEXTS REGARDING ALLEGED COUNTERFEITED
BND100 DENOMINATED POLYMER CURRENCY

1.       Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD) found that there have been text messages with regards to a counterfeit BND100 polymer currency in circulation.

2.       AMBD would like to inform that AMBD has not received any formal complaints regarding the said currency.

3.       AMBD would like to advise the public to avoid disseminating unverified information that will confuse members of the public.
